- Do your products come assembled? -

Yes, all our products come fully assembled and ready to use.

- Are your products weather proof? -

All the timber we use for our products come standard natural/raw to give a cheaper option to our customers. We offer timber protection as a customisation/add on, in the products page. We recommend to oil the timber or paint with external paint, to protect and upkeep in outdoor conditions.

- Can I customised the layout or design of your products? -

Yes. Please get in contact with us with your ideas or requests, and our design team will try our best to accomodate.

- Can I add a pump tap or working tap that connects to a garden hose? -

Yes. We do offer both these options to select as a customisation/add on, in the products page.
