At Little Creations Australia, our goal is to provide high quality products at affordable costs. It is of upmost importance to us that our customers have a great experience and are happy with the quality of our products.

As a small business we cannot offer a refund/return of our products for change of mind, upon receiving the product.

If an order is placed and a sufficient amount of time is given to cancel the order, we can review the circumstances to refund the deposit. The refund will then be up to our discretion.

If an order is placed and we have started to build your order, we cannot refund your deposit.

We suggest that you read through our reviews, FAQ's, customer testimonials, photos or contact us with any questions, regarding our products prior to placing an order. That way this will give you more insight on what to expect so that it meets your expectations.
